3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservation, you need to:

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation occurs upon our receipt of payment and issuing a written confirmation. We may reject service to anyone at our sole discretion.

All yacht charters are subject to the availability of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. We will try to accommodate your preferred scheduling as best as we can.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are provided in £ and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: Charged at 50% of the total cost at the time of booking
  • Balance: Must be paid 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept several forms of payment, including major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payments are processed through secure channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If cancelled more than 72 hours before departure: A complete refund except for processing fees
  • 24-72 hours ahead of departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In case the captain deems weather conditions unsafe for sailing, we will:

  • Rebook your charter for another available date without additional cost
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Complications

Should there be any mechanical issues with the designated vessel, we will do everything possible to arrange for an alternative boat. If this is not possible, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Obligations

Passengers must:

  • Obey all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize the safety gear when needed
  • Inform about any medical conditions that may affect their safety
  • Stay within the designated areas aboard the yacht

6.2 Forbidden Items

Certain items are strictly prohibited on the vessel:

  • Illicit substances

  • Non-approved pets

6.3 Behavior

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. If conduct poses a safety threat or ruins the experience for others, the voyage may be terminated early without a refund.

We limit our liability to the cost paid for your charter and do not cover:

  • Personal injuries due to passenger's own negligence
  • Personal belongings loss or damage
  • Secondary, resulting, or punitive losses
  • Delays due to weather or circumstances outside of our control

7.2 Insurance

Insurance covering our boats and operations is up to date. Passengers are suggested to arrange their own travel and belongings insurance.

7.3 Acceptance of Risk

8. Adjustments and Itinerary Alterations

We hold the right to adjust itineraries, courses, or timetables due to weather, safety, or other operational needs. We will strive to offer suitable alternatives.

We are not accountable for any hold-ups, terminations, or changes resulting from forces beyond our control, such as:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural catastrophes
