Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Entire refund excluding administration charges
Processing Time: 5-7 business days
Processing Fee: £50 for transactions via credit card
Conditions: Request must be made in written form through email or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half of the total cost of the charter
Processing Time: 7-10 business days
Processing Fee: £25 subtracted from the reimbursement
Conditions: Valid justification needed; administrative expenses are applicable
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: No reimbursement available
Exception: Emergency situations may be taken into account
Alternative: Voucher for chartering may be provided at the discretion of the management
Conditions: Proof required for emergency situations
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Your safety is paramount. In the event that the charter conditions are deemed unsafe by our certified captain, we present several options:
- Full Refund: A complete refund if an alternative scheduling is unfeasible
- Reschedule: Change your booking to another date without extra cost
- Charter Credit: Issue a voucher valid for one year from the initial charter date
Weather Assessment Process
Weather assessments are conducted including:
- Evaluation of wind speeds and patterns
- Tide levels and ocean conditions
- Visibility and rainfall prospects
- Marine advisories and alerts
- Professional evaluation of captain for safety
Decision Timeline: Determinations regarding weather cancellations are made at least 4 hours ahead of the set sailing time.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Circumstances
Medical urgencies are understood by us to occur unexpectedly. The following incidents might qualify for special refund considerations:
- Sudden and serious sickness or accident leading to hospital stay
- Passing of a close family member
- Compulsory military service or emergency recall
- Obligatory jury service or legal mandate
- Severe weather or natural disasters affecting travel plans
Documentation Requirements
Providing the documents listed below is necessary for processing emergency refund claims:
- Verification from a doctor or hospital report
- Official death certificate (when applicable)
- Government military orders
- Legal summons or jury summons
- Public travel warnings or state of emergency announcements
Processing: Once the accurate documentation is presented, emergency refunds are conducted within 3-5 working days.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Failures
In the scenario where the assigned vessel suffers from mechanical issues which remain unresolved:
- Alternate Vessel: We will make an effort to supply a similar replacement vessel
- Full Refund: Should no compatible replacement be found
- Partial Refund: If the alternative has a different fee structure
- Compensation: Additional reimbursement may be offered for the inconvenience
Crew Unavailability
In the rare event that a certified crew member is unavailable:
- An alternate crew will be arranged if possible
- Full repayment in the event the charter cannot go ahead
- Rescheduling offered without any extra charges
Refund Processing
Payment Method
Reimbursements will be returned via the original payment channel used during booking:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days
Processing Fees
Credit Card Transactions
A fee of £50 for cancellations executed more than 72 hours before
Bank Transfer Transactions
A charge of £25 for all reimbursements through bank transfer
International Transactions
Supplementary charges may be applied for international transfers
Charter Credits
Conditions for Offering Credits
Credits for future charters might be provided instead of refunds under these circumstances:
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the charter)
- Cancellations due to weather
- Voluntary requests to change the booking
- Disruptions in operations
Terms of Credit
- Validity: Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Transferability: Credits are not transferable to others
- Value: The entire value of the charter is included (no deductions for processing fees)
- Usage: Credits can be redeemed for any future charter availability
- Expiration: Credits expire after 12 months with no option for extension
Partial Service Refunds
Interruptions of Service
Should the charter experience disruptions or be cut short by events within our control:
- A proportional refund based on the time not utilized
- An equal value credit for a future charter
- Complementary services or upgrades may be provided
Guest-Related Interruptions
If early termination of a charter occurs due to the actions or safety infractions of guests:
- No reimbursement for the time not used
- The full charter cost remains payable
- Additional fees might be levied as a result
Dispute Resolution
In the event of disagreement with a decision regarding refund, you may:
- Ask for a reassessment by our administration
- Submit additional proof or records
- Look to consumer rights groups for mediation
- Seek legal measures as per the laws in force

We will acknowledge your appeal within 24 hours, judge it against our policy, make a determination within 48 hours, and execute approved refunds as per the given time frames.
Important Points
- All appeals for refunds must be expressed in written form
- Refunds are carried out in £ no matter the initial payment currency
- We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance
- The terms of this policy are subject to alterations with notice of 30 days
- All refunds are subject to relevant taxes and legalities
