What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are considered unsafe by our captain, we will propose to reschedule your charter to the next suitable date or offer a full refund. We track weather patterns closely and will reach out to you 24 hours before departure if the forecast is uncertain.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Nonetheless, we also provide exceptional catering services and can personalize menu options to your tastes. Do note that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on board.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to departure are fully refunded. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours are refunded at 50% of the cost. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable unless caused by adverse weather conditions or mechanical difficulties from our side.
